How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most clients book within the same week. We keep evening slots (until 8pm) and weekend availability as standard — not as a premium add-on. If you need something urgent, call us and we'll do our best to fit you in within 48 hours.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Absolutely — and we insist on it. Use our online quote tool to get an exact, breed-specific price in 60 seconds. That price is locked in. If your groomer discovers additional work is needed (e.g. severe matting), they'll call you for approval before proceeding.
What if my pet is anxious or reactive?
This is our specialty. Every groomer completes 40+ hours of low-stress handling training. Anxious pets get extended warm-up time, breaks between stages, and a quieter grooming bay. There's no extra charge for this — it's how we work with every pet.
Do you groom cats as well as dogs?
Yes. We have a dedicated feline grooming specialist on our team — one of the few certified cat groomers in the region. Cat grooming sessions happen in a separate, quieter area away from dogs.
How does mobile grooming work?
Our fully-equipped grooming van parks in your driveway and provides the exact same service as our salon — same groomers, same tools, same products. You don't need to provide anything. We cover a 15-mile radius from our Manchester salon.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations are charged at 50% of the quoted price. We know plans change — if it's an emergency, just let us know and we'll always work with you.
