Coat Assessment & Check-In
Your groomer inspects coat condition, skin health, and any matting. They confirm the service plan and flag anything that needs your approval before starting.
Bath & Conditioning
Warm water bath with breed-appropriate shampoo and conditioner. Double wash for heavy coats. Sensitive skin products used automatically for flagged breeds.
Blow-Dry & De-Tangle
High-velocity dryer removes moisture and loose undercoat. Gentle brushing follows to de-tangle without pulling. Anxious pets get breaks between stages.
Breed-Specific Cut & Finishing
Hand-scissored or clipper finish following breed standards. Nails trimmed, ears cleaned, teeth brushed. Final fluff and photo for your records.
Aftercare Handoff
